RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We offer REFUND within 5 days after the product’s purchase, provided the product has not been used and is in its original condition with all packings and tags attached.
  • Products can be EXCHANGED within 2 weeks after the product’s purchase, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition with all packings and tags attached.
  • Sale invoice / online order number is necessary for any refund / exchange.
  • If the product has been used, does not have its original packing and tags attached, or sale invoice / online order number is not furnished, then refund / exchange will not be applicable.
  • We offer 3 months free service warranty for our footwear range, after which, repairing cost will be charged according to the condition of the product.
  • Refund / Exchange is not applicable to items purchased during sales promotions.
  • Accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Shipping fees for exchanged products to be paid by the customer.
  • According to our courier partner’s policy, the customer cannot open the parcel at the time of delivery. The customer should receive the parcel and pay the shipping charges to the delivery person. In case of refund / exchange, contact our Customer Services numbers and the case will be processed as per company policy.
